A video conference with amerio.bet representative can be of the following types:
- for a person's identity. This procedure is needed for additional user identification in case of email change, two-factor authentication being disabled, etc.
- with questions from a amerio.bet representative. This procedure is needed for additional identification of the user in case you violate the rules of the project or in case of suspicious activity. Video conferencing takes 21 days since the account is blocked. If you do not complete this procedure within the specified time, the account will be blocked without the possibility of recovery.

You acknowledge and agree that your account is not a bank account and, therefore, the insurance, guarantees, replenishment or any other instruments of protection from the deposit insurance or banking insurance, as well as any similar insurance systems will not be available. The interests on the funds available in your account are not charged.

2. Deposit and Withdrawal 

2.1 If you wish to participate in betting or gaming using the Website, you should deposit money in your account.

2.2 You agree that:

- the money that you deposit in your account does not originate from any illegal activity or source; and

3. Bonuses

4.5. When actively playing with bonus funds, it is forbidden to play accumulative slots. 4.9. Any winnings from bonus or freespins received after the bonus itself has been wagered, lost or cancelled will be deducted from the balance.
4.10. If a player has taken one no-deposit bonus then to use the next no-deposit bonus the player must make at least 1 deposit for any amount that can be deposited at the casino. If the user has already made a deposit before, to take advantage of the bonuses and receive your winnings, make a deposit (above the average of your previous deposits) without bonuses at least once after using previous bonus. 4.12. It is forbidden to have more than one account. Creating more than one account at Amerio.Bet casino for the purpose of receiving bonuses will be considered as abuse of bonuses and may lead to confiscation of funds.
4.13. According to the rules of game providers, bonus rounds and freespins do not participate in the jackpots. Jackpots are available only for real money bets.
4.16. If a group of players are found to be using the same game strategies and are also linked by (including but not limited to) the same type of payment system, geolocation or IP address, Amerio.Bet Casino reserves the right to confiscate bonus funds and/or deposit at its discretion.
4.17. If you use a promo code when making a deposit to receive a bonus as part of a promotion that for some reason is not available for your account, you will not be able to receive this bonus.
4.18. The deposit bonus is added immediately after the deposit. If a deposit bonus was available to you, but it was not credited automatically after your deposit, you should contact online support before you start playing. 5. Refund Policy

The following policy describes the refund practices for the Website. This refund policy is an attachment to our Terms and Conditions. Please read and ensure understanding of both documents before playing.

5.1. No refund can be completed once the alleged deposit (including the bonus) has been played using the services of Casino.

5.2. A refund request will only be considered if it is requested within the first twenty-four (24) hours of the alleged transaction, or within thirty (30) days if a player alleges that another individual (or a minor) has accessed his/her player account.

5.3.
